5. Subscriptions, Billing, Renewal and Refunds
Recurring billing: Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis at the price and interval shown on the subscribe page at the time of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, and your payment method is charged again, until you cancel.
What appears on your statement: Charges are processed by Stripe and appear on your card or bank statement as BigZet Network, which is our billing name. A full history of every charge, with invoices, is always available in your account dashboard.
Cancelling: You can cancel at any time, in one click, from your account dashboard — no email and no request to us is required. Cancellation stops all future charges. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it is not shortened by cancelling.
No refunds: The premium service is digital and access is granted in full immediately upon payment. All subscription payments are final and non-refundable, including for any billing period that has already begun, and we do not issue partial or pro-rata refunds for unused time. This applies whether or not you actually used the service during the period.
Avoiding an unwanted renewal: It is your responsibility to cancel before a billing period renews if you no longer want the subscription. Cancellation is available in one click in your account dashboard at any time, and takes effect immediately for all future charges. Your renewal date and full billing history are always shown in your account.
Account responsibility: You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and payment method secure, and for all subscription activity carried out through your account.
Price changes: We may change subscription pricing. Any change applies only to billing periods beginning after we have notified you by email, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
6. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind. FreeMP3Music does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.
7. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
