If you purchase a subscription, our payment provider processes the payment and shares limited billing details with us (such as your name, billing country and postcode, and the last digits of your payment method). We never receive or store your full card number.
Account Activity Records. For accounts, we keep a record of key account events — such as registration, email verification, sign-ins, subscription purchases and renewals — together with the IP address, approximate location and device information associated with each. Where this information is linked to an account we treat it as personal information. You can view your own recent account activity at any time from your account dashboard.
Contact Information. If you contact us (for example via the contact form or email), we may receive the information you provide, such as your name, email address, and message content, so we can respond.

Account activity records — including the associated IP address, approximate location and device information — and records of transactional emails sent to you are retained for up to 24 months and are then automatically deleted. Billing and transaction records held by us or by our payment processor may be kept for longer where we are required to do so for accounting, tax or other legal obligations.
